Job Title: Functional Consultant Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified MB-800 Functional Consultant Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on functional aspects.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs.
  • Provide expert consultancy services to clients, helping them implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and trainers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and incorporate them into training materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote training programs and consultancy services.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • MB-800 certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a functional consultant and trainer in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
