We are seeking a Student Counsellor with experience in the UK education market to join our Counselling Team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, offering tailored guidance and helping them choose the best study options.

You will have access to extensive product training to understand our full range of academic programs and hot-selling partner universities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about international education and student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to student inquiries across walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Assess academic profiles and recommend suitable course and university options in the UK.
  • Maintain a strong command of our top partner universities and program offerings.
  • Educate students on entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
  • Keep records of counselling sessions, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with changes in UK education and visa policies.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in student counselling at an education consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK education system, institutions, and program structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple student profiles simultaneously.
  • Confident, presentable, and student-focused attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Education, or Communications).
