For our development hub in Lahore, we are looking for a great Junior iOS Developer to join our existing team and help them build amazing iOS applications. You will be part of the projects from assisting in the collaboration with design and architecture to testing and maintaining across our diverse work portfolio – but your greatest contribution will lie in the development work itself. To be both successful and have fun in this position, you have to be a team player with both a strong background in iOS development and a creative mindset.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Create top-notch iOS apps focusing especially on UI/UX across a broad range of use cases
  • Understand business rationale and focus on customer user experiences
  • Deliver high quality technical designs, with outstanding functionality and performance
  • Improve functionality, find bugs and create new features for our apps
  • Work in a team with our designers, backend development team and the project managers in an agile and creative way
  • Set the next standards of user interfaces through research and continuous training
  • Become adept at the most cutting-edge technologies (e.g. shipping apps for Apple Watch)
  • Help us in expanding and nurturing our great team
Requirements
  • 1+ years of iOS app development experience
  • Good eye for developing UI/UX which works well on any given iOS device
  • Knowledge of memory management and continuous integration
  • Strong understanding of Objective-C language and Cocoa framework
  • Ability in networking, local data caching, and multi-threading
  • Good problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
  • TDD is a big plus

  • Fluency in English
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
