Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Developer with strong expertise in Swift and Apple's iOS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will join us on a contract basis to design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications. This role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering clean, maintainable, and scalable code within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift and Xcode
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs
  • Ensure apps meet Apple's guidelines and successfully publish on the App Store
  • Write clean, testable, and reusable code following best practices
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS trends, frameworks, and tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an iOS Developer (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Swift, with knowledge of SwiftUI and UIKit
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and networking on iOS
  • Experience with Core Data, push notifications, and in-app purchases
  • Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines
  • Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
  • Experience deploying apps to the App Store
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Objective-C (legacy projects)
  • Familiarity with Firebase, Realm, or GraphQL
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for iOS apps
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows
