Role Summary

As our AI Animation Designer, you'll create high-impact motion graphics and short-form animations using traditional tools and emerging AI platforms. You'll work closely with marketing and strategy teams to bring digital campaigns, explainer videos, and branded visuals to life—with speed and intelligence.

This is an onsite position based in Islamabad for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative creative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and animate short-form content (ads, reels, explainers, logo reveals, infographics, etc.)
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., RunwayML, Pika, Kaiber, Adobe Firefly, D-ID) to enhance workflow and visual output.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and marketing teams to conceptualize animated content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Convert scripts/storyboards into intelligent visual narratives.
  • Manage multiple animation projects with clear attention to deadlines, consistency, and client requirements.
  • Continuously explore and suggest new AI tools to improve animation production efficiency.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all motion assets for Siffar and its clients.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in motion design, animation, or visual content production.
  • Solid portfolio of animations, reels, or digital motion work.
  • Proficiency with animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge or interest in AI-based design tools like RunwayML, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, D-ID, or similar.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform them into compelling animations.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and animation timing.
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing, sound syncing, or 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with generative video workflows
  • Basic understanding of prompt-based tools (for AI video or visual generation)
  • Knowledge of branding, storytelling, and marketing goals in motion design
