As a creative visionary, you'll craft captivating motion graphics and animations using traditional tools and AI-powered platforms.

About This Role

We're expanding our team to include talented individuals who can bring digital campaigns to life with speed and intelligence.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create high-impact motion graphics and short-form animations that drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize animated content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance workflow and visual output.
  • Manage multiple animation projects with clear attention to deadlines, consistency, and client requirements.
  • Continuously explore new AI tools to improve animation production efficiency.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all motion assets.

This is an onsite position in Islamabad for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in motion design, animation, or visual content production.
  • Solid portfolio of animations, reels, or digital motion work.
  • Proficiency with animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge or interest in AI-based design tools like RunwayML, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, D-ID, or similar.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform them into compelling animations.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and animation timing.

Familiarity with generative video workflows, basic understanding of prompt-based tools, and knowledge of branding, storytelling, and marketing goals in motion design are highly valued.
