Success in this role means:

Consistently achieving or surpassing campaign KPIs (ROAS, CTR, leads generated).

Bringing creative, data‑driven ideas to the table that improve ad performance over time.

Collaborating seamlessly with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver campaigns that align with brand goals.

This role is central to our marketing team, directly impacting client success and helping Capra Digital expand its reputation as a results‑driven digital agency.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Define clear campaign objectives, budgets, and target audiences based on research and client goals.
  • Develop ad copy and creative briefs in partnership with the design and content teams.
  • Implement tracking pixels, set up conversion events, and ensure accurate performance data.
  • Monitor campaigns daily, analyze metrics, and optimize for better cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Perform A/B tests on audiences, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Compile and present clear, actionable performance reports to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated with Facebook Ads policies, trends, and emerging tools to maintain compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns (experience with multiple brands is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel setup/troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain results and strategies clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work well with creative and technical team members.
  • [Optional] Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • [Preferred] Experience with other paid media platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads) or e‑commerce campaigns.
