Wali Systems (Pvt) Limited urgently needs an experienced outbound Sales and Marketing specialist who preferably has experience of working in an IT firm or department. The sales specialist will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase software development services. S/he may also be required to do online research on IT companies and competitors.

Technical background is preferred but you are welcome to apply if you have a degree in business administration plus good sales and marketing experience.

Prior experience of working in a BPO, or call center is highly preferred. The experience of working in a similar role in an IT firm is also acceptable. Tell us about your experience in a cover letter. You must have an excellent experience of handling inbound and outbound sales calls.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work directly with customers via telephone and email to describe products and services in order to persuade leads or potential customers to purchase new products and/or services.
  2. Educate customers on product offerings and services to improve their "online presence" and explain pricing and answer questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
  3. Follow-up with customers via phone or email following initial sales contact.
  4. Consistently meet organizational monthly sales goals.
  5. Continued product education to better service customer calls.
Job Specification

Skills/Requirements:

  1. One or more years of experience of Telesales in a high volume fast paced environment.
  2. Strong customer service and telesales skills.
  3. Experienced with web based applications, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, any of the popular CRM tools.
  4. Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  5. Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
  6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. You must have excellent English speaking skills (North American accent preferred).
  8. You must have good professional attitude and excellent temperament.
  9. You must be willing to work during the night shift (to work with the clients in the US that are in the US East coast time zone).
