Responsibilities

  • Support the Employee Life Cycle of certain groups of employees, such as on-boarding, employee relations, grievance handling, exit management and etc.

  • Communicate and engage key stakeholders via formal and informal channels to ensure they are informed and engaged timely.

  • Resolve people issues to deliver pragmatic outcomes.

  • Participate in HR projects to improve business processes.

  • Assist to coordinate annual HR exercises and initiatives not limited to employee engagement survey, annual reviews & budgeting exercises and staff events.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent majors.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possess good organizational capabilities, with an eye for details.

  • A team-player, thrives in ambiguous, fast-growing environment.

  • Excellent people and engagement skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff.

  • Knowledge on local manpower regulations to ensure statutory compliance will be an advantage.

  • The work location will be at 8 Changi North Way. Transport is provided at selected MRT stations.

  • Candidates with experience leading a team may be considered for Assistant Manager, HR & Admin.
