Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and statements.
  • Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
  • Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Provide financial reports to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure all financial practices align with statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
  • Monitor and analyze financial metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Support external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
  • Implement financial controls and optimize financial processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic financial plans.
  • Participate in financial planning and analysis initiatives.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of budget management practices.
  • Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Proficient understanding of financial modeling techniques.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
