**Financial Leadership Role**

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced financial executive to lead our accounts payable department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial systems, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage and supervise the accounts payable department and staff, ensuring efficient processing of payments and maintenance of accurate financial records.
  • System Administration: Maintain and improve financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures, minimizing risks and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Payment and Transaction Oversight: Oversee all payment transactions, track the status of transactions, and ensure timely resolution of any issues or queries.
  • Tax Compliance: Oversee all tax-related processes, support AM taxation, and ensure proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Financial Background: Proven experience in managing financial systems, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial issues, as well as problem-solving skills to minimize risks.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead and motivate a team, foster a collaborative work environment, and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
