B Pharm / Pharm – D plus Degree in management sciences (MBA).

To supervise the administrative activities of chemical & microbiological section for raw material & finished products analysis & testing.

  1. To release or reject incoming supplies or raw materials or completed dosage form.
  2. To check the in process testing of manufactured items.
  3. To check the final microbial test report.
  4. To check the environmental monitoring & advise to take corrective action in sterile area.
  5. To follow up the development & evaluation of analytical methods & stability studies.
  6. To check & wherever necessary write/rewrite specifications test method & other Quality Control procedure including SOP.
  7. To handle the special technical problems.
  8. To check the maintenance of the department premises & equipments.
  9. To ensure that appropriate validations including those to analytical procedure & calibration of equipments are done.
  10. To ensure that all the required chemical & glass apparatus in sufficient quantities are available & to monitor the performance of the persons responsible for those jobs.
  11. To ensure that all the required initial & continuing training of QC personnel is carried out & adapted according to need.
  12. To ensure that all QC lab equipments are operational & required spaces are available. To keep in touch with the service engineer for maintenance & smooth running of equipments.
  13. QC testing planning on daily, weekly & monthly basis with production planning committee.
  14. Attend the Business/Technical review meeting & work on the decided point.
  15. To supervise the administrative activities of Quality Assurance section.
  16. To look after compliance of Quality Assurance section as per company policy.
  17. To supervise the release of finished products for market.
  18. To handle customer complaints.
  19. To supervise local vendor audits and follow up audits.
  20. To perform internal audits and look on the customers audits.
  21. To supervise retention of reference sample and batch dossiers as per regulatory requirements.
  22. To supervise in-process checks during manufacturing of different dosage forms.
  23. Any other jobs assigned by the superior.
Job Specification

Position: Quality Operation Manager (Karachi)

Qualification: B Pharm / Pharm D plus Degree in management sciences (MBA).

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience (Managerial Position in MNC / National Pharmaceutical Company).
