Quality Management Leader Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a Quality Management Leader to lead teams in the execution of quality management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet or exceed customers' expectations.

  • Drive execution based on established SOPs to comply with customers' quality requirements, including ensuring appropriate manpower allocation during quality control inspections.
  • Oversee QC inspection schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels are allocated, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve production-related issues.
  • Coach and train QA/QC associates on inspection protocols, procedures, and report writing to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to drive continuous improvement in quality management processes, focusing on product safety, product testing, and social compliance.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations into customer complaints, developing corrective action plans (CAPs) to prevent similar issues from occurring.
  • Develop and implement regular Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to monitor and improve quality management performance.
  • Champion performance management by setting goals and conducting performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
