Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Transcriptionist to join our healthcare documentation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical audio recordings into written reports and ensuring all documents meet high standards of accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcribing: Listening to audio recordings and typing them into written form, creating reports such as patient histories, physical examination findings, and test results.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards for grammar, spelling, and medical terminology.
  • Formatting: Organizing and presenting the transcribed information in a clear and readable format.
  • Maintaining Records: Adding and updating patient records in electronic health record systems.
  • Collaboration: Communicating with healthcare providers to clarify any ambiguities or errors in the transcriptions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong typing skills and accuracy
  • Excellent listening skills
