Required Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and monitor financial budgets for various ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, analysis, and dashboards for internal management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely processing of payroll, including salary disbursement, benefits, and statutory deductions.
• Compile, organize, and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Support annual audit processes by coordinating with auditors and providing all necessary financial data.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, fund utilization reports, and financial projections.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
• Assist in developing and improving financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning, grant management, and donor reporting.
• Monitor and track grant/donor funds utilization and ensure compliance with donor agreements.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Must have knowledge of company registration processes, including incorporation, regulatory filings, SECP, FBR, and related legal compliances.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security at all times.
• Support finance leadership in any ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, or projects as assigned.
• Perform any other duties or special assignments assigned by management to support the organization's financial and operational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA, CA-Inter, ICMA preferred).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and auditing processes.
• Familiarity with company registration, tax registration, and statutory compliance in Pakistan.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
