Qualifications:

  1. BCs in Engineering (Telecom/Electric MCS), BSc, BS in Computer Science or Telecom Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of a project including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement to ensure successful delivery.
  2. Provide project management support to pre-sales activities, including project quotes and coordination with other organizational entities.
  3. Communicate relevant information effectively with all internal and external entities.
  4. Ensure effective change management of projects, documenting and agreeing on all changes.
  5. Maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  6. Proactively manage the resolution of issues and risks during projects.
  7. Complete all specified reporting within required timeframes.
  8. Share skills and experience with other groups to establish consistency and improve quality.
  9. Ensure compliance with all communicated practices, policies, and methodologies.
  10. Support and encourage team members, participating in the training of colleagues and new staff.
  11. Travel as reasonably requested.
  12. Perform all other duties as reasonably requested.

  1. Internal: Managers, Other Delivery Staff, Project Management Office, Product Management, Sales and Pre-Sales, Engineering, Support
  2. External: Customers, Third-party vendors, Business partners, Professional organizations
Job Specification

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Sound knowledge of Telecom Projects OSS/BSS/VAS/IT.
  2. University degree in engineering, project management, business management, or equivalent experience.
  3. Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certified (preferred).
  4. Broad project management experience across various projects and technologies.
  5. Technical knowledge of Microsoft Project and Office or equivalent.
  6. Sound understanding of Mobile Network Operators in various domains (Charging and Rating, Messaging, Recharge, Promotion Management, Networking, Financial Payments).
  7. Experience in the telecommunications industry, including mobile, fixed, MVNO, or Internet telecommunications environments.
  8. Excellent leadership, people management, planning, budgeting, risk, issue, and project tracking skills.
  9. Excellent English oral and written communication skills (Arabic would be a plus).
  10. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
