BCs, Engineering in telecom/electric MCS, BSc, BS, in computer science/telecom engineer.

Manages all aspects of a project (project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement) to ensure successful delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality. Also expressed as plan, lead, organize, control and communicate projects to ensure successful delivery.

Provide project management support to pre-sales activities as required, including project quotes; coordination and verification with all other organizational entities providing input for the project; quotes; customer RFI and RFP response. Communicate relevant information effectively with all relevant internal and external entities.

Ensure effective change management of projects, including ensuring that all change is formally documented and agreed, and all relevant documents are re-baselined. Ensure effective long-term relationship with customers, partners and all other relevant external entities. Promptly and pro-actively manage the resolution of all issues and risks that arise during projects. Complete all specified reporting to required timeframes.

Share skills and experience with other groups within the organization, with the aim of establishing consistency and improving quality within the company. Ensure compliance with all communicated practices, policies and methodologies. Understand, follow and improve upon all formally-communicated methodologies, processes, policies, and values, focusing always on delivering consistent, reliable, repeatable, scalable and quality outcomes.

Provide support and encouragement to other team members and participate in the up-skilling and training of colleagues and new staff. Able to travel as and when reasonably requested. All other duties as reasonably requested.

Internal Managers, Other Delivery Staff, Project Management Office, Product Management, Sales and Pre-Sales, Engineering, Support.

External Customers, Third party vendors, Business partners, Professional organization.

Qualifications and experience:

1. Sound knowledge of Telecom Projects OSS/BSS/VAS/IT.
2. University degree in the field of engineering, project management or business management or equivalent experience.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) and be a PMP in good standing as defined by PMI, or CAPM certified (would be a plus).
4. Broad, technology solution based, project management experience and success across a range of projects, organizations and technologies.
5. Technical knowledge: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Project and Office or equivalent.
6. Product knowledge: Have a sound understanding in the following areas:
   1. Mobile Network Operators Charging and Rating.
   2. Mobile Network Operators - Messaging.
   3. Mobile Network Operators Recharge (Voucher management etc).
   4. Mobile Network Operators Promotion Management.
   5. Mobile Network Operators Networking.
   6. Financial Payments.
7. Industry knowledge: Experience in the telecommunications industry; including delivering solutions in one or more the mobile, fixed, MVNO or Internet telecommunications environments.
8. Experience with both industry standard software development and project implementation methodologies.
9. Project management skills: Excellent leadership, people management, planning, budgeting, risk, issue and project tracking skills.
10. Communication skills: Excellent English oral and written skills (Arabic would be a plus). Excellent presentation skills. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and other third party companies. Ability to work and interact effectively in a team environment.
