Overview

Perform routine activities for loading and unloading received, stored, and issued raw and packing materials in Sundar plant RMWH under the supervision of WH Assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Handle raw and packing materials from various vendors into the plant Materials RMWH.
  • Ensure warehousing and material storage requirements are met from Food Safety and AIB standards.
  • Unload materials from pallets as per production requisition, count, and hand over following material handling practices.
  • Maintain stock rotation to meet AIB and Food Safety requirements.
  • Handle materials properly to avoid damages and losses.
  • Optimize warehousing space for storage and stacking according to standards.
  • Implement and adhere to Quality, AIB standards, and guidelines.
  • Assist in physical stock counts at month-end or as needed, and reconcile stock with accounting records.
  • Follow GMP and Safety procedures for movement and storage of materials.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and product safety to ensure compliance with AIBI, IPS, FSSC 22000, and CRP standards.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate education, preferably a graduate in commerce.
  • 2-3 years of warehousing experience at a manufacturing location.
