To develop the market in order to increase Market Share, enhance Numeric & Weighted Availability along with Share within the outlet by achieving secondary sales target while ensuring the maximum availability of the company's product, creation & re-activation of outlets that exist in marketplace, execution in every outlet as per company guidelines, and acting as a guardian of the company assets deployed in the market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure secondary SKU-wise volume achievement against targets to enhance Market Share.
  • Rationalize discounts in the market & use promotions intelligently to achieve the company's net sales revenue.
  • Create new outlets and retain them as per target and area potential to increase Numeric & Weighted distribution.
  • Ensure that all data in the sales information systems are accurate and conduct regular audits.
  • Analyze SFE KPI's and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve Green KPIs for Preseller.
  • Complete daily planned calls, spend ample time in-market, and coach presellers on the 10-step call process.
  • Discuss execution scores with presellers daily, highlight gaps, and ensure in-outlet execution as per PicOS & RED criteria and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report competitor activity in the assigned area and suggest counter-strategies.
  • Supervise the proper injection and utilization of company assets such as coolers, glass, signage, and outlet activation materials.
  • Manage in-outlet investments with an optimal mix of discounts, DME, assets, and activation.
  • Monitor equipment efficiency, increase cooler throughput, and reduce nonproductive coolers.
  • Make efforts to recover missing or disputed coolers as per company procedures.
