Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Zameen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing real estate agencies' portfolios, conducting client visits, and driving revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage the portfolio of real estate agencies in assigned areas/regions to achieve business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits, provide demonstrations, and secure new deals to drive revenue growth.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) within the CRM for the assigned portfolio, identifying areas for improvement.
- Upsell and Cross-sell: Explore opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, fostering growth within the portfolio.
- Client Support: Handle client queries/issues promptly, taking ownership and following up for timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales.
- Technical Requirements: Own a laptop/mobile/internet device.
- Compensation: Attractive commissions.
