We are hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) to acquire international clients for these services. This hybrid role allows onsite work in Bahria Town, Lahore, with remote flexibility when needed. The role offers a basic salary plus a high commission structure, ensuring unlimited earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and approach international clients needing IT, web development, marketing, monetization, and consultancy services.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire direct projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals with decision-makers and businesses.
  • Use LinkedIn, email marketing, and other outreach methods to acquire clients.
  • Work closely with the internal team to understand project scopes and deliverables.
  • Meet monthly revenue targets and expand the company's global reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (preferably in IT, Digital Marketing, or Web Services).
  • Track record of successfully acquiring and closing international clients for long-term projects in the IT industry.
  • Experience in winning high-value deals and managing client relationships for growth.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, PHP Laravel (Backend Development), UI/UX, Graphic Design, Performance Marketing, and Monetization services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to find, engage, and convert international clients effectively.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available for onsite meetings & collaboration at Bahria Town, Lahore, with remote flexibility when required.
  • Basic Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 PKR + Commission
