Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Islamabad. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and strategies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing corporate governance, and representing the company in legal proceedings. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to provide legal insights on business operations and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Law and legal compliance
  • Skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Proficiency in managing corporate governance and legal documentation
  • Ability to represent the company in legal proceedings and manage litigation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional qualifications such as Bar admission or Master's degree in Law (LLM) are a plus
  • Experience in the technology or media sectors is advantageous
