About the Job

Responsible to provide effective Finance & IT leadership for the country to drive 5 Year Plan, including financial and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Core Responsibilities
  • A key strategic partner to the Country GM, responsible for developing and executing 5-year business plans, monitoring financial performance, responsible for overall governance and controls.
  • Lead finance and IT functions including financial reporting, planning, tax, treasury, compliance, and risk management, ensuring alignment with business priorities and group standards.
  • Oversee governance, ESG initiatives, and internal control environment while managing relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and group stakeholders.
  • Provide financial insights into pricing, costing, and cash flow to support profitability and growth.
  • Build organizational capability in Finance and IT through talent development, continuous improvement, and fostering a high-performance, compliance-driven culture.
  • Act as an effective member of the Pakistan leadership team, maintaining strong networks with local and global stakeholders.
Job Specifications
  • Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or Equivalent)
  • Experience: 10 years+ of functional leadership (CFO-1 and above) within manufacturing industry, Exposure to working in an MNC environment
