Key Responsibilities

  • Post supplier invoices in ERP through store accounting process after verifying approved POs and Goods Receipt Notes.
  • Post store issuance notes in ERP as per relevant cost centers.
  • Record sub-contractor invoices in ERP after verifying approved work orders.
  • Post operating expenses in ERP module.
  • Record and maintain fixed assets in ERP.
  • Manage and adjust supplier advances in ERP.
  • Ensure timely supplier payments.
  • Perform periodic supplier ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file
    PRA & Sales Tax Returns

    Withholding Tax Returns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
    (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in
    accounts & taxation
    , preferably in a construction or manufacturing setup.
  • Hands-on experience with
    ERP systems
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    taxation (PRA, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax)
    .
  • Excellent reconciliation and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
