BAT GBS Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Network Manager – 1 year contract

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure delivery of an optimal end-to-end supply plan for the assigned DRBU / Category considering cash, cost, and service levers.
  • Request, run, and approve scenarios for the DRBU / Category within defined levels.
  • Review dashboards to highlight exceptions and drive or seek approval for actions to mitigate issues.
  • Create and approve inventory stockholding or other relevant policies within defined levels.
  • Create and approve new segmentation strategies within defined levels.
  • Create and approve parameter automation policies based on segmentation strategies within defined levels.
  • Define relevant planning horizons: frozen, scheduling, and planning.
  • Make day-to-day planning decisions for the assigned DRBU / Category.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management to deliver sustainable change and the operational vision.
  • Ensure all planning master data is complete and accurate across systems.
  • May own activities from roles such as Distribution & Inventory or Master Planner, depending on size and complexity.
  • Lead a team of three, overseeing end-to-end planning functions across multiple areas.
What are we looking for?
  • 3-5 years' experience in planning, logistics, NPI, with manufacturing and commercial experience as an advantage.
  • Experience leading small, diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and digital skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and metrics.
  • Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concepts.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including:
    • Anticipating and shaping the future.
    • Resilience.
    • Decision-making under ambiguity.
    • Curiosity and seeking new ideas.
    • Simplifying complex processes.
    • Empowerment at all levels.
    • Developing teams and individuals.
    • High standards and delivering results.
      • University degree, preferably in a supply chain-related major.
      • Advanced planning system mastery as an advantage.
      Beneficial experience
      • Experience with ERP or planning systems.
      • Experience in FMCG or consumer electronics supply chains.
