Position Overview:

Are you a prompt engineering expert passionate about building AI tools that solve real-world business problems?

At Raven Labs, we work with clients across Australia and the US, delivering cutting-edge automation and AI solutions that drive results across marketing, customer service, operations, finance, HR, and more.

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Prompt Engineer to help us build scalable solutions powered by Large Language Models.

What You'll Do


• Design, test, and optimise prompts for GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs


• Build intelligent AI assistants and workflow automations for:


• Marketing content and campaign automation


• Customer service bots & omnichannel communication tools


• Finance dashboards, reports & analytics


• HR automation and employee self-service solutions


• Operational efficiency tools using low-code/no-code platforms


• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to deliver real impact


• Run experiments, iterate fast, and continuously improve model outputs

What You Bring


• 2+ years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering or AI/automation roles


• Proven experience solving real business challenges using LLMs or AI tools


• Practical knowledge of platforms like OpenAI, LangChain, GPT Assistants API, Make.com, Zapier AI, Pinecone, etc.


• Strong understanding of business operations in marketing, finance, HR, or customer service


• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written


• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Bonus Points For


• Experience with CRM/ERP systems like Zoho, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce


• Experience with automation platforms or building integrations


• Prior experience working with Australian, US, or UK clients
