About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to contribute to the development of LLM-powered solutions.

  • Design, implement, and optimize LLM inference pipelines for seamless deployment across environments.
  • Lead and execute LLM fine-tuning projects, tailoring models for domain-specific and task-specific applications to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance, reliability, and overall user experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:

You will design and implement scalable AI systems while adhering to backend engineering best practices. This includes building robust, scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI to meet the needs of our rapidly growing businesses.

  1. Containerize applications with Docker to ensure consistent deployment across environments and minimize downtime.
  2. Maintain high code quality through comprehensive testing, clear documentation, and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years of Python development experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with LLM implementation, inference, and fine-tuning, including expertise with fine-tuning techniques and frameworks like PEFT, QLoRA, LLaMA-Adapter, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDK to stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving field.
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering principles and practices to drive model performance and user engagement.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, with a preference for those with experience in vector databases and embedding models.
