Key Responsibilities:

·Provide comprehensive counseling to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, including university selection, courses, admission requirements, and visa procedures.

·Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial considerations to recommend suitable programs and institutions.

·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university partnerships, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations to provide accurate and reliable guidance.

·Manage the application process, including document verification, SOP guidance, and interview preparation.

·Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely application submissions and successful enrollments.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and educational service providers.

·Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to organize student recruitment events, webinars, and expos.

·Meet monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments and visa success rates.

·Keep detailed records of student interactions and maintain CRM databases.

·Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

·Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.

·Experience:Minimum of 1-2years of experience in education counseling, student recruitment, or international admissions.

·Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

·Sales & Target Orientation:Strong ability to convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve performance targets.

·Interpersonal Skills:Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and institutional partners.

·Knowledge:Familiarity with international education systems, visa requirements, and university admissions.

·Tech-Savvy:Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

·Problem-Solving Ability:Quick decision-making skills with a student-centric approach.
