Overview

Job Description: ZedHive, a leading creative and social media agency, is looking for a Creative Content Specialist with exceptional video editing and graphic design skills. This is an in-office role based in Rawalpindi, perfect for someone who lives and breathes content creation and wants to be part of an ambitious, growing agency.

Responsibilities
  • Edit high-quality videos for social media (short-form & long-form).
  • Use After Effects for motion graphics, animations, and effects.
  • Apply video stabilisation, colour grading, and cinematic edits to produce truly epic content.
  • Design engaging graphics, posts, ads, and thumbnails that stand out.
  • Assist with social media scheduling and posting when required.
  • Support the team with additional creative and marketing tasks.
  • (Desired) Have knowledge of social media monetisation, content trends, and platform algorithms to help boost performance.

Location: Rawalpindi (office-based role)

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
  • Strong portfolio in video editing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Skills in Photoshop/Illustrator or similar design tools.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Video Production and Video Editing
  • Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
  • Skills in Graphics Design and Visual Storytelling
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
  • Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus
