StatesMD LLC is a fast-growing, AI-powered medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company. We help outpatient medical practices reduce claim denials, speed up payments, and streamline administrative work — with full transparency and data-backed performance.

We're expanding across the U.S. and looking for experienced commission-only B2B sales professionals to join our network of independent Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and connect with outpatient medical practices (family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, etc.)
  • Pitch our RCM and billing solutions to office managers, physicians, or practice owners
  • Schedule demos with our internal team
  • Follow up and help close deals alongside our operations and technical leads
  • Represent a brand with case studies, CRM support, demo tools, and dedicated onboarding resources

Who You Are:

  • Independent Sales Rep or BDR with experience in healthcare, medical billing, or RCM
  • Already have a network of clinics or physicians (preferred)
  • Motivated by performance-based pay
  • Strong communicator and self-starter
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

Compensation:

  • 100% Commission-Based
  • Industry-leading commissions (recurring monthly % of revenue for duration of the client contract)
  • Ongoing residuals = long-term income from closed clients
  • No cap on earnings
  • High-quality leads may be available for proven reps
