Job Summary:

We are seeking aSenior Cold Callerwith proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and prospect engagement, specifically in theIT services or software development domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B outreach strategies and the ability to confidently initiate conversations with potential clients across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in targeted markets (primarily US/UK/Canada).
  • Experience with software development, web/app solutions, and SaaS, etc.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through follow-ups, CRM tracking, and scheduled callbacks.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to align them with company offerings.
  • Schedule discovery calls or demos for the business development/sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategy.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, conversions, appointments).
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience, preferably in theIT services/software industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of English with a neutral or US/UK-accented tone.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Results-driven, confident, and comfortable handling rejections professionally.
  • Ability to understand technical services at a high level and translate them into simple value propositions.
