Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in Rawalpindi. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of Proven experience in sales management and leadership
  • Strong business acumen and market analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the conglomerate or multi-industrial sectors is a plus
Salary: 100k-150k plus commissionSeniority level
