About the Role:

As a Guidance Counselor, you will play a vital role in assisting prospective students and their families through the admissions process. You will provide personalized guidance, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless transition for students from application to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist prospective students in navigating the admissions process, including applications, scholarships, and deadlines.
  2. Provide one-on-one counseling to help students choose programs that align with their goals.
  3. Conduct informational sessions and workshops on admissions and academic planning.
  4. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to promote university programs.
  5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with university policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in counseling, admissions, or student services.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Should possess confidence and strong English-speaking skills to effectively communicate.
  4. Empathy, patience, and a student-centered approach.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
