In this role, you'll work as both a hands-on developer and a technical mentor, supporting junior team members as they grow their skills and competencies. You will be responsible for leading full-stack development projects, implementing scalable architectures, and managing deployments across cloud platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in .NET, React, and React Native, coupled with leadership experience or aspirations to nurture a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications using .NET for backend and React/React Native for frontend.

Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and support junior developers, conducting code reviews, providing technical direction, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Technical Oversight: Assist in defining and implementing architecture and best practices to ensure project scalability, security, and maintainability.

System Architecture: Collaborate with the team to design and implement robust system architectures tailored to client requirements and industry best practices.

Deployment & DevOps: Manage application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Docker/Kubernetes) to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align on project requirements and timelines while ensuring client satisfaction.

Troubleshooting & Support: Proactively identify and resolve application issues, implement data protection and security measures, and provide post-deployment support.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with experience in .NET, React, and React Native, and prior experience guiding or mentoring team members.

Frontend Skills: Advanced proficiency in React and React Native, including state management (e.g., Redux) and responsive design.

Backend Skills: Solid understanding of .NET (C#) for API development, MVC architecture, and RESTful web services.

Deployment & DevOps: Experience with CI/CD processes and deployments on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with ORMs.

Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to support and mentor junior developers, fostering a learning-oriented and team-centric atmosphere.

Communication: Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration and client relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience integrating with Cloud AI services, Open AI and other AI models
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
