Overview

We Garment Export Company located at Korangi, Karachi, are seeking an experienced and dynamic HSE Head to lead our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) department, overseeing all HSE operations across office and field locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of HSE professionals (both site-based and office-based), developing and enforcing HSE policies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout operational activities. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree. Preferred certifications include NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining HSE systems and programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HSE department across multiple sites, including site-based and office-based teams.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor and improve HSE performance through audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Promote a culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement among all staff and contractors.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred certifications: NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining HSE systems across multiple sites.
