Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for
TÜV Austria's HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
training portfolio, alongside other technical and ISO-based courses. This role requires a strategic, client-focused professional who can expand corporate accounts, generate new business, and position TÜV Austria as the leading provider of HSE and compliance training solutions in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
HSE Training Sales & Promotion
- Focus on selling TÜV Austria's HSE courses such as Workplace Safety, ISO Occupational Health & Safety), Fire Safety, First Aid, Risk Assessment, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, and Process Safety.
- Target industries with high HSE compliance requirements, including Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics.
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Identify, engage, and convert potential corporate clients for both in-house and public HSE training programs.
- Build long-term relationships with HSE Managers, EHS Officers, HR & Training Heads, and Safety Compliance teams.
Market Expansion
- Research emerging HSE training needs in Pakistan and align offerings with client demand.
- Explore partnerships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and safety councils to boost brand visibility.
Collaboration with Operations & Trainers
- Coordinate with the training operations team to ensure smooth program delivery, trainer availability, and client satisfaction.
- Assist in customizing HSE courses to meet specific industry or client needs.
Revenue Targets & Reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for HSE training programs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and provide regular performance updates to management.
Brand Representation
- Represent TÜV Austria at safety seminars, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Support marketing in developing promotional campaigns for HSE trainings.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all sales proposals and training materials adhere to TÜV Austria's global quality standards.
- Incorporate client feedback into course improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline (NEBOSH/IOSH certification is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in HSE or technical training.
- Strong network within industries with high HSE compliance needs.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Familiarity with international HSE standards and training delivery methods.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
