Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Talent Acquisition specialist with expertise in both technical and non-technical recruitment to join our HR team. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse roles, including software engineering, data science, product management, marketing, sales, and operations.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment trends, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source talent from online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, social media) or directly to attract high-quality candidates for roles from software developers to marketing professionals.
  • Technical Recruitment: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical requirements and source candidates with expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), DevOps, AI/ML, or other relevant domains.
  • Non-Technical Recruitment: Work with business units to fill roles in marketing, sales, finance, HR, and operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and positive employer branding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop descriptions, and create effective interview processes tailored to each role.
  • ATS Management: Use Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable) to track pipelines, generate reports, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values via job postings, career fairs, and social media to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Studies, or Human Resources Management.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in both technical and non-technical recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, product managers, marketers, or sales professionals.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts (programming languages, cloud platforms, software development lifecycles) is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a tech company or BPO industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.).
  • Strong networking skills and interpersonal communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to assess technical and cultural fit through behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to work at a brisk pace in a demanding environment, pivoting between technical and non-technical hiring needs.
  • Relationship-building skills to foster trust with candidates and business managers.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges creatively.
  • Technical and non-technical recruitment skills, with the ability to recruit talent seamlessly as per business needs.
