Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic logistics team in Near Bahria Town Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate truck routes, monitor shipment progress, and resolve any issues to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate drivers, trucks, and routes for timely pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and team members
  • Monitor and track shipments using dispatch software
  • Address transit issues and implement real-time solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of dispatch activities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in truck dispatching or logistics coordination
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with dispatching and tracking software
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma required; diploma/certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus
