You'll play a vital role in defining how users interact with products by combining creativity with a solid understanding of design systems, usability, and user psychology. The role demands someone who can own end-to-end design processes and contribute strategically to product direction and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements and user needs into high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions.

Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma, with expertise in Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.

Apply strong knowledge of user flows, information architecture, and design principles to solve complex UX challenges.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure cohesive user experiences.

Lead design discussions and advocate for UX best practices and user-first strategies.

Work on iterative design improvements based on testing, analytics, and user feedback.

Deliver final design assets for development using platforms like Zeplin, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar.

Tools & Skills Required:

Figma (Auto Layout, Prototyping, Components, Variants)

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

Optional but beneficial: Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision

Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven design tools like Midjourney, Uizard, Khroma, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Framer AI, or using ChatGPT for UX copywriting.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Strong leadership qualities to drive design discussions and support product strategy.

Meticulous attention to detail with a creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.

Work Schedule:

Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (On-site)
