Job Overview
The role of a Solar Business Development Executive is centered around devising and executing marketing strategies, enhancing communication, and applying sales techniques to foster business growth within the company.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Market Research: Stay informed on State Policies and manage related data.
- Opportunity Development: Discover and cultivate fresh business prospects in the C&I sector through avenues like market research, networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry conferences.
- Client Relations: Establish and sustain robust relationships with existing clients who are soliciting new services.
- Project Documentation: Remain current with all documentation pertinent to projects and client interactions.
- Social Media Management: Regularly update the social media platforms of RSRPL.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in project sales for solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for interfacing with all stakeholders. Must possess analytical skills to tackle complex issues and be proficient with numbers and MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Experience with inside sales and lead generation is crucial. A solid understanding of industry regulations and statutory compliance is necessary, along with familiarity with technical specifications.
Salary Package
CTC: Up to ₹30k
