Job Description:

We are looking for talented Unity Developers who are passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences. As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and delivery of captivating games for mobile platforms. The ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with the Unity game engine and possess a strong desire to innovate and excel in the field of game development.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  1. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and drive projects independently, showcasing a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  2. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  3. Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  4. Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio of completed Unity mobile game projects, highlighting your role and contributions.

Additional Qualifications (for candidates with 3 years of experience):

  1. Proficiency in developing hybrid hyper-casual games and simulation games.
  2. Expertise in game optimization, debugging, and resolving SDK issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute high-quality game features and functionalities.
  2. Translate design specifications into functional game mechanics and systems within the Unity environment.
  3. Optimize game performance for various mobile platforms, ensuring seamless gameplay and user experience.
  4. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
  5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance game development processes.
  6. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  7. Utilize software and tools such as Unity Game Engine, Git/GitHub, Trello Board, Discord, TeamViewer, and Firebase (Database, Unity Services & Admob) effectively during game development.
