About this Role:We are seeking a Junior Unity Developer with 1 year of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining interactive applications and games, contributing to both front-end and back-end development processes. You will collaborate with experienced developers, designers, and artists to bring engaging gameplay experiences to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain games or interactive applications using Unity and C#
  • Assist in the implementation of gameplay features and mechanics in collaboration with designers
  • Optimize game performance across multiple platforms (mobile, desktop, or VR/AR)
  • Work closely with the team to integrate assets (3D models, animations, sounds) into the project
  • Debug and troubleshoot game code to identify and resolve issues
  • Utilize version control systems (Git) for managing project files and collaborating with the team
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and learning from senior developers
  • Maintain clear and organized code documentation for efficient team collaboration
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Unity development and game design best practices

Requirements:

1 year of hands-on experience with Unity and C#

Familiarity with game mechanics, design patterns, and Unity's UI system

Understanding of game optimization techniques for performance and memory management

Experience working with version control systems like Git

Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently

Basic knowledge of 3D models, animations, shaders, and game physics

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A portfolio showcasing your previous work or projects developed in Unity is a plus
