This position reports toLocal Business Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, aligned with the division strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will identify and develop new sales opportunities, communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery, payments, and terms, and support marketing activities to promote ABB's offerings. Managing customer relationships, market analysis, and feedback on market trends are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications for the role- 5+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in Motors & Drives
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- High standards of HSE and Integrity
- Excellent customer relation skills with mature selling behavior
- Good interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented team player
- Good knowledge of ABB products/systems and applications
