Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Karachi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and executing sales strategies. This role involves direct communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The Sales Specialist will also participate in the training of junior sales staff and manage sales processes to meet company targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Training junior sales staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in logistics and product sourcing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
