Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Upwork Bidder located in Lahore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on potential projects, writing compelling proposals, and managing client communications. The role involves monitoring the progress of bids and projects, ensuring client requirements are met, and working closely with the internal team to deliver high-quality services. The Upwork Bidder will also be responsible for maintaining an organized and updated portfolio and tracking project success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and proposal writing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management and tracking tools
  • Technical knowledge related to services offered by NexusNova Ventures
  • Previous experience in customer support, data management, or back-office operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
