Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Lahore. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying suitable projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, communicating with potential clients, negotiating terms, and securing contracts. Additionally, the role includes maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring adherence to company standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications
  • Experience in writing and submitting Upwork proposals, and proficient in platform navigation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of Media and IT services to accurately identify and bid on relevant projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
