We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Executive to join our growing team in Office # 306, 3rd Floor, Kashif Center, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and entering data accurately, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative and digital tasks as needed. This role may evolve into working with cross-functional teams to support digital operations and performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data across internal systems and platforms
  • Maintain data integrity and quality with a high level of accuracy
  • Perform basic data analysis and assist in creating reports using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Conduct online research to collect and validate required information
  • Organize and manage large sets of data efficiently
  • Coordinate with team members to support digital and administrative tasks
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements:

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in website data management is a plus
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 Year
