We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager – Technical to support the delivery of software development, IT infrastructure, and system integration projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and senior project managers to ensure successful execution of technical projects. This is an ideal role for someone with a technical background looking to grow their project management skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with development teams to track project milestones, sprints, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and client meetings.
  • Identify and resolve issues or conflicts within the project team or with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and other departments to ensure technical alignment.
  • Maintain project schedules using tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
  • Support project budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical project coordination or as a junior project manager.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Basic knowledge of system architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or databases is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or equivalent.
  • Exposure to tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Prior experience in client-facing environments or product-based companies.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
