Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: PWD, Islamabad

Salary: PKR 35,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Female Salon Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably with salon management experience, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon while delivering the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:
   • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
   • Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
   • Develop strategies to enhance the client experience and build client loyalty.
   • Monitor client wait times and ensure clients feel attended to and valued throughout their visit.
2. Staff Management:
   • Oversee staff schedules, manage hiring, firing, and day-off requests.
   • Ensure all team members are well-trained, motivated, and performing efficiently.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high customer service standards.
3. Floor Management:
   • Monitor salon floor, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
   • Address any maintenance needs promptly to keep operations smooth.
4. Software Management:
   • Handle client billing, manage deals, oversee staff attendance records, and control inventory using the salon's management software.
5. Inventory Control:
   • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, track inventory levels, and order supplies when needed.
6. Overall Salon Management:
   • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.
   • Monitor overall salon performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Background in administration, with salon management experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Appearance: Must be presentable and wear appropriate attire on the premises.
