What You'll Do

The Manager retail account will manage and oversee all accounting functions related to retail operations, including revenue accounting, inventory reconciliation, and retail branch compliance. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports operational decision-making, and maintains internal control over retail financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting and reconciliation activities of all retail branches
  • Monitor retail sales records, collections, and customer account balances
  • Oversee inventory accounting and coordinate with supply chain teams
  • Ensure accuracy of retail-related journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances
  • Develop monthly and quarterly retail performance reports for management
  • Implement financial controls and SOPs specific to retail operations
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for retail audits
  • Liaise with finance, operations, and compliance teams for cross-functional alignment
  • Support system automation and ERP enhancement for retail finance processes
  • Ensure timely deposit of sales proceeds and manage discrepancies

What We're Looking For

  • Strong grip on accounting principles, taxation, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and team management skills
  • Strong integrity, organizational awareness, and attention to detail

Required Qualifications and Experience :

  • ACA/ACMA/MBA Finance/ACCA
  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in retail finance or accounting
